There are some days in our lives when we feel like there is no way out, when challenges seem impossible to face and our morale takes a strong hit.

There are some days in our lives when we feel like there is no way out, when challenges seem impossible to face and our morale takes a strong hit. And whether we like it or not, life sometimes throws curveballs at us, which is why in situations like these you need a few uplifting words to help you keep moving forward.

What is Motivation?

Motivation is the drive behind our effort to reach success. It invariably aligns you to work towards your goals and helps you manage daily life challenges, surpass limitations, and push forward. When you’re motivated, you have a desire to change your life. It undoubtedly drives you towards your goal by instilling a desire for change, progress, and growth. Motivation helps you define your goal so that you have a better idea of what you’re working towards. As such, every individual needs the drive and zest to achieve the goals that they’ve always dreamt of. In order to do so, one should get the right motivation to help them reach it successfully.

That being said, there are many factors in our lives that can invariably contribute to negative thoughts; all of which can have adverse effects on our mind. As a result, it may lead our morale to gradually spiral down with each passing day. Essentially, this is where motivational speakers and life coaches come in. They help you find your drive and zeal to give you the proper strength and courage to try again. That being said, motivation not only helps you in your personal growth and development, it can also have a positive impact on your confidence, career, relationships etc.

Furthermore, although we live in an ever-changing world, many individuals don’t prefer change. The reason is due to the uncertainty that comes from choosing a different route or even trying something new. This hesitance comes from the fear of failure or stepping out of the comfort zone, which can be crippling and can literally stop you from taking any action or steps towards achieving any goal or dream. As such, motivated people can see beyond their fears, because they ultimately look at the bigger picture; thereby increasing their commitment towards the ultimate goal. Therefore, the motivation that is reinforced and instilled by the right life coaches can help you persevere in challenging times even when you have recurring thoughts of giving up.

So, for the days when you lack enthusiasm and the courage to make things happen, motivation can help you overcome setbacks that are inevitable in life. It enhances self-development. Hence, it is a definitive notion that without it, success is unattainable. And if success is the end goal, it’s highly imperative to remember that happiness is quite essentially the most important element in the journey as it is the key foundation of success.
Faisal Sajwani, a leading motivational speaker in Dubai, aims at helping people from all around in elevating their motivation levels. No matter what your goal is, he will help you build focus and drive to reach it by overcoming setbacks and pushing you through tough times.

When preparing for a speech, the amount of time you spend on the quality of content and the way you deliver it to an audience, help you in enhancing your knowledge on the subject.

There are many benefits that come with learning how to speak in public. Public Speaking is imperative because not only does it improve your self-confidence but also invariably improves your knowledge. When preparing for a speech, the amount of time you spend on the quality of content and the way you deliver it to an audience effectively will undoubtedly help you in enhancing your knowledge on the subject.

That being said, words have the innate power to educate, inform, and send a message across effectively. Therefore, Public Speaking is helpful for individuals from all walks of life. Be it a student, employee, businessman, or even a prominent figure. As such, effective training in public speaking undoubtedly increases the ability to think critically while fine-tuning verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

How Public Speaking can Improve the Quality of your Life:

1. Improves self-confidence

One of the vital advantages of public speaking is its ability to drastically increase your self confidence. A lot of individuals seek validation on self-confidence and self-worth from people around them. This is a very toxic habit which is why building confidence by yourself is highly imperative and advised. By taking part in debates or public speaking you are enhancing your communication skills thereby building your self confidence around people. It also helps you understand how people respond to every statement or speech you deliver and how they perceive it.

2. Better Research skills

While preparing for any speech, you always pool your entire focus on getting the right information to work around in favor of the content. Through research, you are not only adding to your knowledge but also polishing your research skills for the next speech or project and so on.

3. Helps Overcome Fear

The mere thought of speaking in front of an entire crowd, sometimes even a room full of strangers, leads to anxiety and nervousness. The more you practice speaking in public, you will realise your anxieties and fears are fading away remarkably. Once you’re at a point where you’ve built a strong confident stance in delivering speeches without even a shadow of doubt or fear, you’ll have an inner sense of satisfaction & happiness that’ll positively impact every aspect of your life.

4. Build Leadership skills

Effective Public speaking is highly imperative if you aim at becoming a leader. People look up to leaders who can communicate their ideas effectively. They are expected to address the crowd with utmost confidence – which is why effective public speaking can form a strong & solid foundation in shaping solid leadership skills.

Therefore, public Speaking without a doubt helps improve the overall personality of an individual. Faisal Sajwani offers effective public speaking training in Dubai that will help you in polishing your speaking skills and gaining the right confidence for you to deliver your message across effortlessly.

People have always neglected the importance and power of the mind. This is prevalent in the notions that they use in terms of the connection between hard work and success.

People have always neglected the importance and power of the mind. This is prevalent in the notions that they use in terms of the connection between hard work and success. It is believed that hard work always results in success, which entails that these two are mutually exclusive. However, what this type of perception lacks is the strong influence of the human’s brain and thoughts to the process, which in my opinion is a vital element into achieving anything in life. Hence, I would like you to join me in this journey to clarify step by step how the mind is the key to success.

Let’s start with the brain. Think of it as a force field transmitting energy, which in this case is thoughts, and it is these exact thoughts that are being put out there in the universe to attract the like. Now, what people tend to understand here is that each thought is separate and independent from the other, which is far from reality. Thoughts are all interconnected and it is always that the strongest and most dominant ones prevail. That being said, whenever you feed your mind with positive energy and ideas, it will start on exerting that exact energy. This also works the other way around when you start feeding your mind with negative thoughts and letting them dominate. As such, that’s when you will start attracting the negativity.

Moreover, let’s take this a step further by asking this question: Why is it when you wake up in the morning feeling like you’re in a bad mood, then going on through the day you notice things getting worse? This is because the dominant thoughts in your head are reflecting and attracting such negativity. Now the next question is: how do I change that? The answer is quiet simple but easier said than done. So, you wake up in the morning feeling that you are not in the right mood or possibly angry. What I recommend you to do is to make yourself aware of that exact moment. Start by asking yourself why am I in a bad mood? Most of the time, people fail to have a valid answer for it. Hence, what you have achieved in this moment is awareness, or what is called “emotional awareness”. It is here where you made yourself realize that there is no valid reason to be in such state. Thus, the next step for you to do is simply change that by telling yourself that you wouldn’t let a random thing dictate how the rest of your day will go on. But, what if you have a valid reason for being that way, maybe you had an argument the night before or you feel demotivated into heading off to a job that you don’t really like. Then, the next step to take is asking yourself: “Is feeling this way be able to change anything?” If the answer is no, then you get yourself aware that negative feelings usually tend to make the situation worse. So, you can either list the things you can do to improve your situation or simply find yourself a reason to keep you going, an end goal. In fact, there are many techniques you can use today to get yourself aligned with what you want to achieve in life; however, none of them teach you how to adjust your brain towards such goal or achievement. In addition, if you feel like you are unsatisfied with your current situation, then don’t simply try to drag it on thinking that it will just go away by itself. All you need to do is make yourself aware of it. Once that is done, then you can put an action plan into how to change your situation to the better.

Furthermore, now that I have gone through the concept of emotional awareness, I would like to head to the next step in the process, which is: how to get your mind in the right direction of achieving your goal? So, once you get into developing an action plan with clear steps on how you will go on to achieving your end goal, all you have to do is live by it. By doing that, you have entered a state of mind that will help create a flame inside of you, which is known as motivation. Once that has been established, it is up to you to feed your mind with positive thoughts and keep that flame growing bigger and bigger. However, no matter what happens in the way, never let your doubts or negativity tip the balance, because once that happens, you will be creating a chain of reaction that will either block you from going on or get you back where you started. Hence, always keep on going and trust that each step you take is getting you closer to your end goal. And, if you hit a setback and feel like giving up, then think of the exact reason that got you started from the beginning.

Going on, I would like us to look at the different techniques that you can use to keep yourself focused in the game. The tricky part here is to find what suits you best, because one technique might work for some but not others. So, try some of them and see how you respond to each. Once you got that covered, then you can train yourself into making it a habit. In fact, I can share with you one technique that works for me, which is meditation. I believe that meditation gives us access to certain areas in our brain that are otherwise difficult to reach while being engaged in our day-to-day life. The reason for seeing it that way is that our brain gets very routinized with what we do during the day, which eventually creates a chain that keeps on repeating itself. Thus, by meditating, you are redirecting your brain to a different path that has been innate. Once you re-introduce it to such path, you will start seeing a new sequence of thoughts appearing. And, as you start meditating regularly, your brain will learn to open up all the paths, which will ultimately create a never-ending chain of thoughts. That being achieved, you have now gained access in which you can re-direct your brain to any direction you would like. Hence, all that’s left is hard work and determination, in which the latter is already in its motion with the flame of motivation striving within you.

As I conclude this article, I would like to say that success does not simply rely on hard work only, not when the mind is the main guiding factor that gives it the momentum it needs to prevail. As such, it is we who create our own reality, and having control over the power of the mind means access to the ability to achieve whatever and reach wherever in life. Whether it was happiness, wealth, or success, it is all within your reach, and if you believe it is truly yours, then all you have to do is claim it. Finally, I hope that whatever has been shared previously would be a guide to achieving your dreams and goals.

What is success? And can it actually be defined objectively? In my opinion, success is a subjective concept, as in each person defines it based on his or her goals and perception.

What is success? And can it actually be defined objectively? In my opinion, success is a subjective concept, as in each person defines it based on his or her goals and perception. Hence, the term itself should be considered as inherently ever-changing in relation to the individual and their particular stages in life. That being said, even when it comes to the individual, the concept itself keeps on evolving as they progress. As such, the main purpose of this article is to touch upon the concept of success starting with its development from the early up to later stages in life along with looking into the factors that can hinder it.

To begin with, the meaning of the term “success” keeps evolving as we go through the journey of what is called “life”. At the early stages, in other terms “childhood”, the concept can embrace a different meaning. For instance, what is considered to be success for a child can be as simple as learning to ride a bike, getting their first performance star in class, or even winning a soccer match. Although this might be considered as naive to an adult, it rather exemplifies the core nature of the term. Moreover, heading to the primary stages of adulthood, an individual’s perspective changes, in which they start looking at success from a slightly progressive point of view. This can be expressed by the example of graduating high school or getting accepted to the desired university or college. As such, what needs to be acknowledged here is the fact that success pertains to the individual human being along with their distinctive aspirations, even when it comes to being at a particular stage. Furthermore, as the person moves forward in life, the term itself keeps on changing based on the level or phase that they are in. For example, let’s say an individual recently graduated university or college, now they have a dream job to chase after or even start their own business. As such, pursuing that goal and achieving it is what defines success to them. And as you go on chasing other ventures in life, you are bound to open up other doors and the process continues. Hence, this hunger and persistence for success never fades away unless you stop striving to achieve your goals. Fundamentally, the term “success” is a continuous process that is fueled by an individual’s own motives and goals. Therefore, going through the different stages of life, we can clearly see that there is a constant change in the term that does not only pertain to the stages themselves, but also to the individual.

Going on, I would now like to touch upon the idea that success should be constrained to a certain criteria or category. It is here that I as an individual strongly disagree with this perception. In my point of view, there should not be a standardized criterion that determines if individuals are to be successful or not. Because, this completely neglects the fact that each person is unique in their own way and that they have different talents and aspirations in life. As such, if a person does not graduate high school or university, then that does not mean that they are bound to be a failure, rather they just chose the path that is more suitable for them. That being said, we all have our own paths, and recognizing what is ours to take and what is not simply directs us towards our own success. At the end of the day, even Albert Einstein was considered to be a failure in school, yet he is considered to be the main contributor to the scientific field and also recognized as an icon of intelligence. The point being taken here is that individuals cannot be forced to fit in a specific category in order to determine the course of their career or life. There should be a consideration for the fact that there are 7 billion individuals in this world, each with different preferences, goals, and dreams in life. Hence, constraining or ruling them out just because they do not fit in a particular criteria means the possibility of depriving the world from great inventions and life-changing ideas.

Moving forward, the next point I would like to talk about is limiting success to a period of time or stage in life. As I clearly state, individuals should not be at a certain level or stage in order to determine whether they are to be successful or not. They do not have to enter university, graduate, and get a job at a particular age just because society expects them to do so since every individual has their own path in life. While some achieve theirs at an earlier stage, others have theirs at different or later timings. Hence, as a society, we need to acknowledge the fact that human beings are bound by their own paths, aspirations, and timings. So, what can take one person to achieve does not necessarily have to apply on the other, even when it comes to their own goals since each has their own agenda.

In addition, although society has progressed throughout time, nevertheless it is still clinging to views that limit its own success and development. That being said, the notion that success comes with age and experience is one of those views. In fact, what this point completely lacks is the understanding that age and experience are not always correlated. For instance, an individual can work in a specific field for decades and not necessarily have the proper tools to do the job based on the changing demands and factors in today’s world. So, it is up to the person to catch up with the world and keep updated with the vast amount of information that is available out there. As such, many will argue that theory can never replace an actual job experience, and I do agree with that. However, we cannot rely solely on experience since it does not provide a clear indication that the years spent on the job were actually developmental. Thus, what is to be pointed out is that there are many factors to consider when it comes to looking upon an individual in terms of career or personal accomplishment and success. Most importantly, we should make sure that all are being considered equally and that there are no preferences based on society’s common view.

Moreover, it is apparent that not only until recently that society started recognizing young successes among the world listings. This is due to the long-lasting view that major and life-changing successes are only obtained with significant experience. For instance, let’s take the example of Forbes magazine top billionaires, we can see that most of the individuals that are on the list are at a later stage in life, and there are only a handful of them who are under the age of 30. However, with the introduction of young self-made billionaires, we are starting to see a trend of more successful youths entering the list. The reason behind it is the change in perception of society, which created a much more convenient motive and path for individuals to create their own businesses and achieve life-changing accomplishments at an early stage. Thus, it is evident here that broadening the perspective of society and letting go of common perception can induce individuals to come up with world-changing ideas and achievements. As such, the goal is to make sure that we are not being attached to old perceptions in an ever-changing world where there is a sea of untapped talent and potential ready to strive. In fact, we as a society should make sure that our youths have the proper tools and opportunities to strive and achieve in this fast-growing world.

In conclusion, the term “success” can be defined in many ways since it is the individuals themselves who create it and not the other way around. Therefore, as we had a look at the evolution of the term and the factors that facilitate or limit its occurrence in society, I shall say that we as a society need to encourage individuals to achieve whatever they desire and not discourage them by deeming it as unrealistic or impossible. Because, looking back at history, a lot of the things that we use today were considered to be impossible back then. This can apply to the Internet, smartphones, cars, airplanes, and the list goes on. Hence, to conclude, the most important thing for us to do as a society is to make sure that every individual has the opportunity to create his or her own successes. It is only by then that society would truly develop and reach its full potential.
